Shipping Policy

Our shipping process explained:

Total shipping time is calculated on the basis of:

  1. Processing Time: It is the time we need to pick your product from the shelves, pack it and give it to our shipping partners. This process takes 2 to 5 business days (from Monday till Friday). We may need 2 extra day during peak time (Black Friday / Christmas / Easter / Summer sales / ...
  2. Delivery Time: This is the time our delivery partners take to deliver your package to your home.

The shipping time we mention below excludes the processing time. You will need to add one extra day to these estimated shipping days.

Shipping options and Shipping time

USA Orders

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days.

Rest of World Orders

Non-USA orders orders are shipped directly from one of our international warehouses located in the USA or East Asia (Shenzhen). We use private lines to ensure worldwide fast shipping time. You will find below and average shipping time for our top countries:

  • United Kingdoms: 8 to 15 business days. Includes Tracking.
  • Australia: 8 to 15 business days. Includes Tracking
  • Europe: 8 to 15 business days. Includes Tracking

Track your order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail. From there, you will find a link to track your parcel.

You can also track your order directly on our website, through the Track my order. To track your order you can either fill in your order number and your e-mail or directly your tracking number.

Important: please allow up to 48h before activation of the tracking number.


  • We may ship your order separately. This to avoid waiting too long if 1 product of your order is out of stock.
  • If the product is out of stock, we may ship your order directly from our global warehouse (located in Eastern Asia) instead of the local warehouse.
  • Due to COVID-19, the shipping delay may be slightly increased. Please check your official Postal service website (USPS, ARAMEX, UK Royal Mail) for more information.
  • If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request an order cancelation. Please contact us using the contact form page.
