Return & Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned items must have been bought from our store.

Important notes

Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Digital services / Gift cards are not refundable
Return fees will be at the customer's charge.

To start a return process, you will need to contact us via e-mail.

Please specify the following:

Your order number and/or e-mail used to place your order
Which item you would like to return
Reason of return
Desired solution (exchange / Store credit / refund / reship new product)

Once we have received your order, we will inspect it to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. This process may take up to 15 days.

Once inspected and restocked, we will proceed and apply the solution you have chosen: Store credit / Refund / reship of new products.

Damaged items

Our products are covered with a 12 month Warranty. If you encounter any issue with our product, we will replace it, free of charge. please contact us via e-mail
